The 400 Amp Automatic ATS Transfer Switch removes the risks associated with a power loss. Upon detecting a voltage dip or a total utility failure, the ATS Automatic switches to your emergency generator for power. It then switches back to the main power source when it detects that the supply has been restored and is stable. It can be set to allow between one and three seconds of outage, ensuring that the generator is not switched on unnecessarily during an instantaneous power outage and restoration.
This ensures that your power loss is at an absolute minimum, keeping everything in your home or business safe and secure. It also has a built in feature to allow a cool down period of your generator, ensuring long lasting generator life.
ASCO warrants that the ATS will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to ASCO’s standard
specifications for the ATS for a period of eighteen (18) months from product purchase, but in no case to exceed twenty-one (24)
months from the date of shipment from ASCO (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is extended to the owner of the first
structure in which the ATS is installed (“Owner”) in the fifty United States or Canada. This Limited Warranty does not extend to
subsequent owners of the structure during the Warranty Period.
